Our preferred shipping provider is Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping for $11.90AUD, or free with a spend of $150.00AUD or more. Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days from dispatch.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Our preferred shipping provider is Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping for $18.90AUD. For orders over $150.00AUD, upgrading to Express Post delivery is $8.90. Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
ZUO Apparel currently ships to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States. We use Australia Post for all our international shipping. Estimated delivery within 10 to 28 business days from dispatch.
Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. ZUO APPAREL does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. ZUO Apparel will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.
DELIVERY TIMES
ZUO Apparel uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post or Sendle. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
ORDER COMMUNICATION
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Returns Policy.
